First Day of School

 Today was Jordan's (and Mommy's) first day of school.  It is hard to believe that he is now in 2nd grade.  He is glad that his friends, Aiden and Leighland, are in his class, but very disappointed that Taylor is not.

At the Fair

 The fair in our town started on Monday so we walked over (it is close to our house) on Tuesday night to eat supper and walk around.  We didn't see everything because it looked like it was going to rain.  I am sure we will go back later on this week.  Taylor really liked her first fair experience.

Taylor is so excited to get to hold a baby bunny!

She was fascinated by the baby chicks that just hatched.

She seemed to like petting the back ends of the animals better than their heads.

This newborn calf just captured Taylor's attention.

Taylor is getting her basket to do Farmer for a Day.

First you gather an egg, then an apple, and finish by digging a potato out of the sandbox.

When you have found all three things you take them to the girl and you get a prize.

Taylor was a great milker of the fake cow.

Jordan was an old pro after all these years of going to the fair.
