Sunday Snapshot: Taylor's 3rd Birthday Party

On Saturday we were able to celebrate Taylor's 3rd birthday and her first with us. It was a beautiful day outside. We had a Strawberry Shortcake theme and ate lots of strawberry flavored things. Here are some pics from the party. I hope you enjoy!

Happy Birthday, Pretty Princess

Wow!  It is hard to believe that you are 3 years old today.  I am so sad that I missed being with you on your last 3 birthdays, but I am happy that we get to spend this one together.  I know that you will thoroughly enjoy your "happy to you" party on Saturday.

Bad Blogger: Great Wolf Lodge

My catch-up blogging continues with our stay at Great Wolf Lodge in the Poconos. Our adoption agency decided to have their reunion there this year in the beginning of August. We had a room for six so my cousin, Taylor, and her friend came to stay and play too. Great Wolf Lodge is an indoor water park/hotel. We were able to use the water park starting at 1:00 on check-in day and stay until closing the next day. Our agency had a getting acquainted meeting on Friday and it was nice to get to meet some new (to us) families that have also adopted from China. On Saturday we had a get together at a local Chinese buffet. Ella and her family came on Saturday so it was good to spend a fun time with them. We would definitely love to go back to Great Wolf Lodge someday.
